In order to remain at the forefront of the A/R management industry and provide our clients with the optimal set of solutions, Arrow is constantly upgrading its computer hardware and software systems. The three key components of our IT infrastructure are: (1) the FACS collection system, (2) proprietary prioritization model, and (3) information security architecture.

• FACS Collection System
  Arrow utilizes the Flexible Automated Collection System ("FACS"), developed by Ontario Systems Corporation. This system provides simplicity, flexibility and performance for both clients and account representatives in a user-friendly environment. It is one of the most powerful, up-to-date and reliable resources available to the industry today. Advanced technology combined with proven software helps Arrow's account representatives become more efficient and productive. Arrow is one of Ontario's original clients and is a beta site for Ontario's new developments and implementation, providing Arrow with a significant competitive edge in developing and implementing the latest technology.

• Arrow Prioritization Model
  An integral part of Arrow's collection system is our account scoring and prioritization model. This model was developed internally leveraging over 10 years of historical data. The primary objective of our models is to optimize recoveries by identifying and assigning specific work-order strategies at the individual account level. The model feeds data directly to the main collection system and is updated on a real time basis. Arrow is constantly reviewing and adapting the prioritization model to reflect changes in client requirements, new information sets and economic factors.

• Information Security Architecture
  To protect and safeguard our clients and customers' sensitive data, Arrow has built one of the most secure information security architectures in our industry. We voluntarily elect to follow the BS 7799 standard for developing our information security management system. Some of the notable features include:
