Arrow Financial Services LLC is a leading purchaser and servicer of performing and non-performing consumer debt. Arrow was established in 1961 and has grown today into a nationwide company with over 1,000 employees across two outbound call centers: Whitewater, WI and our headquarters in Niles, IL. Our offices in Rockville Centre, NY and Austin, TX, are dedicated to finance, capital market, risk management and portfolio management activities.

Arrow currently manages receivables on both debt purchased for our own account, and on behalf of other credit grantors (contingency and first party). This allows us to provide a full array of solutions for our clients to assist them in achieving their portfolio performance and liquidity objectives. Arrow's clients include some of the nation's top originators of credit cards, student loan, automobile, telecommunication and utility receivables. Our team strives for maximum liquidation in all stages of the recovery process, while maintaining personalized customer service and strict adherence to all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.

In July 2004, Standard & Poor's reaffirmed its "Strong" ranking of Arrow as a Consumer Finance Special Servicer. Arrow remains the only firm in this market sector to attain this recognition. As of September 2004, SLM Corporation, commonly known as Sallie Mae, purchased a majority interest in Arrow. Arrow brings its over 40 years of experience to Sallie Mae's asset management division, Asset Performance Group, creating one of the country's largest full-service A/R management organizations.
